Job Summary:

The Director of Brand Marketing is responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of the TMC brand across all communication channels, including print materials, online content, social media, trade show presence, and other initiatives. This role leads TMC’s Brand Division in the creation and management of content and collateral to support internal divisions and external customers. The Director of Brand Marketing also leverages brand-related activities to drive leads and deliver measurable ROI, aligning with TMC’s mission and revenue goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on brand marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with TMC’s mission and revenue objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve internal communication processes and marketing initiatives. Content and Collateral Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and approval of marketing materials for both internal and external purposes.
Lead the development of written content for TMC initiatives to generate leads and support business growth.

 

 

Digital and Social Media Oversight: Supervise website content & development, video content & creation to ensure TMC’s brand – culture is represented in all internal and external communications.
Provide direction and oversight for social media campaigns executed by brand team, ensuring ROI for company initiatives. Event and Special Projects Oversight: Manage the planning, identity, advertising, and execution of trade shows and events.
Support and oversee special projects such as webinars, online events, customer outreach programs.. Team Management: Supervise direct reports, including performance reviews, tactical meetings, payroll, and PTO approvals.
Foster professional growth and ensure the effective execution of responsibilities by team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in brand marketing and content strategy development.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projectsExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in overseeing web and digital content development.Expertise in coordinating and optimizing ROI for marketing initiatives, trade shows, and social media campaigns.Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement as needed.
