In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of compelling brand strategies and marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Brand Communications & Strategy 20%Support head of marketing to define and refine brand narrative, ensuring a consistent visual identity and compelling brand messaging across all communication channels. Develop and implement a clear, compelling brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business goals.Utilize data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and campaign performance. Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to manage and mitigate potential reputational risks, in partnership with customer care and corporate comms team. Campaign Development & Execution: 40%Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.Manage and optimize 30-60-90 campaign planning process to ensure on time / on budget campaign deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, product, ops) to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling.Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and brand personality.Manage brand manager, agency partners and external resources for all marketing assets creation. Social Media & Community Building 40%Develop social media strategies and influencer program that align with overall brand objectives and business goals.Manage community manager to create and curate content for various social platforms, fostering engagement and building a loyal online community.Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry thought leaders to drive customer acquisition. Stay close to social media channels for trends, sentiment, and leverage opportunities to engage with the online community. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).8+ years of combined brand strategy, campaign creation and social media experience, preferably in a high-growth entrepreneurial or consumer-focused industry. (PR / partnership will be a bonus)Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns for brands.In-depth knowledge of brand marketing, social media platforms, and best practices.Ability to partner with senior leadership to advocate for brand initiatives and investment.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Exceptional storytelling, communication, and leadership abilities. Thinking strategy, but also being a hands-on team playerDemonstrated leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US and Canada consumer outside of the South Florida area.
