We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Applications to lead our Business Applications team and drive the implementation, optimization, and innovation of critical business systems across the organization. This role will focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives to scale operations, increase efficiency, and enable organizational growth. The Director will manage the full lifecycle of business applications and ensure systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the business applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business processes and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. Identify emerging trends and technologies that can support organizational goals and foster business transformation. Application Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of business applications, including selection, implementation, integration, support, and continuous improvement. Ensure all applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards. Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance for complex projects and initiatives. Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop the Business Applications team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions. Leverage partners to drive more value to the business from our technology stack. Project Management: Lead the execution of complex application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Implement best practices in application development, testing, support, and change management to ensure smooth transitions. Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of best practices in application management and continuously assess the effectiveness of business systems. Proactively monitor system performance and address issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. Qualifications: A passion for scaling business processes through technology and driving business value through innovative solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT or Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing business applications. Expertise: Strong knowledge of enterprise applications such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and other cloud-based SaaS solutions. Experience in project management, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. The Ideal Candidate:
