Director of Business Development – healthcare staffing sales
Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a new Director of Business Development position. This is a sales role dedicated to Liberty Healthcare’s healthcare staffing service line. You will work directly with and be supported by Liberty’s marketing and business development team as well as organizational leaders, including the C-Suite.  You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and the ability to exclusively sell staffing services nationally. The downstream impact of your work should result in the acquisition of significant new business for the organization and contribute to organizational growth. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Direct sales - including lead generation Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers at healthcare facilities and human service organizations Developing customized staffing solutions that leverage Liberty Healthcare’s core competencies and meet customer needs Delivering sales presentations to individuals and groups, in-person and virtually Assisting in the development of budgets, proposals, and sales presentations Successfully negotiating terms and executing contracts Conducting market analysis and identifying viable new business opportunities You can expect a base salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.
