We are currently seeking a FT Director of Business to cover our SEA/TAC Region.  This position provides leadership in the development and execution of area business development and sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals

Responsibilities:

Develops business strategies for the area including defining the style ad manner in which the SNFs will be poised to gain competitive advantage Responsible for area relationship building and communication with referral sources, such as Hospitals ad MCOs Responsible for identifying ancillary opportunities for strategic alignment and cost containment Maintains key relationships with senior partners that help to enhance the reputation within the community Provide an ongoing analysis of regional performance from a business owners' perspective to the senior tea

Qualifications:

1-2 years' previous sales and marketing experience; preferably in a Healthcare setting High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Willingness and ability to travel amongst facilities within assigned Region
