Responsibilities Develop Sales/BD planExecute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)Expand our reach with a tech and personal touch approachClient Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients ('logos'), ensuring a consistent inflow of business opportunities.Seeking someone who can hit the ground running from day one.Preference given to candidates with connections at Broadcom.Financial Goals: Achieve revenue and profit/loss targets as set by corporate leadership.Opportunity Identification: Understand client business objectives, challenges, and needs to find opportunities for upselling and cross selling our services.Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, prospective clients, and business opportunities in the hi-tech sector.Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement targeted go-to-market strategies for the connected verticals.Industry Engagement: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for active participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars, both to promote our services and to generate new leads. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related fieldMinimum of 10+ years' experience in sales roles within the IT services or consulting domain10+ years of experience in selling digital solutions/services and transformation experience, preferably within: Cloud Solutions/Services, DevOps, Software development, QA, Automation, Analytics, or Managed Consultancy/ServicesPrevious experience in an IT services or consulting company is essential.Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environmentProven track record in managing and growing large accounts, preferably within the hi-tech or other vertical.Solid understanding of the industry, its challenges, and the potential solutions/services it demands.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with international teams to deliver on client projects.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
