Job Summary:

Primus is seeking a resourceful, driven, sales professional with a competitive nature, and strong business acumen to help build our client base in cold storage and industrial warehouse and distribution construction. This person will be engaged with prospects and customers at every level of the sales cycle, from prospecting to product and service presentation through to the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond. This person will be focused on selling the business solutions that help our clients grow their market share. They will leverage personal and organizational expertise to drive new revenue and help our customers reach new levels of success. General Duties:

Build new client relationships and expand market opportunities across the United States Develop and provide input to growth strategy focused both on financial and customer satisfaction Develop a cohesive business development strategy Lead all sales and business development meetings Manage, update, and maintain the Primus Customer Relationship Management tool Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities Create and expand Primus’ footprint and build top of mind awareness Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within specific niche markets or geographic areas Attend trade shows and other associations’ meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the Primus management team Identify new markets for company business growth Increase client base, write proposals and negotiate with stakeholders Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with Primus’ marketing, estimating, project management, and senior management teams Travel is required
