With a focus on corporate wellness, affinity partnerships, and event sponsorships, we are expanding our reach in 2025 and are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our efforts in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.  Position Overview:    The Director of Business Development will take a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to sales, driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker who can prospect effectively, tailor pitches, negotiate contracts, and oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup-like environment, able to balance internal and external stakeholder engagement while ensuring contractual terms are aligned with company objectives. This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development.  Key Responsibilities:  + Lead Generation & Sales Process Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing contracts.  + Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute tactical sales plans to target key verticals including Corporate Wellness (Employers, Unions, First Responders), Affinity (Member Organizations), and Event Sponsorship (Healthcare Partners).  + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal) and external stakeholders to drive sales and ensure smooth execution of client agreements.  + Custom Presentations & Pitching: Create tailored presentations and proposals that speak directly to client needs, leveraging Life Line Screening's unique offerings to add value and close deals.  + Contract Negotiation & Pricing: Lead negotiations for new business, developing creative pricing models and value propositions that meet client needs and align with company goals.  + Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Gather insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine the sales approach.  + Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance and pipeline progress, using Salesforce to forecast revenue and track key metrics.  + Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring a strong network of champions within target organizations.  + Industry Representation: Represent Life Line Screening at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s profile and expand business opportunities.  Qualifications & Skills:  + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.  + Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry; experience in corporate wellness, membership organizations, or event sponsorships is a plus.  + Sales Expertise: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with a strong background in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.  + Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong ability to prospect and build a sales pipeline in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, using creativity and resourcefulness to drive results.  + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally.  + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.  + Analytical & Strategic: Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance data to make informed decisions and adapt strategies.  + CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activity, forecast revenue, and manage client relationships.  + Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.  Additional Attributes We Value:  + Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in an evolving environment with competing priorities and timelines.  + Self-Starter: Takes initiative and is highly motivated to build new business and contribute to company growth.  + Innovative Thinker: Ability to think creatively about sales strategies, pricing, and value propositions that resonate with diverse clients.  + Commitment to Health & Wellness: Passion for preventive healthcare and understanding its importance in the lives of customers.  Benefits:  + Competitive salary + uncapped commission  + Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match  + Generous PTO and paid holidays  + Professional development opportunities and career growth potential  INDCOR Life Line Screening is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
