We're particularly interested in candidates who are organized, can write/support the development of responses to Energy related RFIs and RFPs and have a track record of success winning new work. Key Responsibilities Develop TechFlow’s Federal Energy and Mobility Solutions business development pipeline, driving strategic growth initiatives and fostering its expansion through proactive relationship cultivation and opportunity identification. Develop overall capture strategy for the pursuit of opportunities; develop value propositions, discriminators, and differentiators; identify customer decision-makers, perform competitive assessments, assist in identifying teaming suppliers, and develop price-to-win assessments. Develop opportunity capture and campaign plans drawing on successful experience across the business development lifecycle for federal Energy and Mobility capabilities and solutions. Drive technical and acquisition client call plans and other outreach efforts to qualify and inform opportunity pursuit decisions.
