Shift Worked: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Mon - Fri) Weekly Hours: 37.5 FLSA Status: Exempt Pay range: $75,000-$80,000A. SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing and improving all internal business operations, overseeing employee activity, and ensuring departments are on track to meet their financial goals. It entails developing annual scopes of work while managing progress throughout the year and taking on special projects and coordinating their completion.
B. POSITION DUTIES:
· Work closely with the CP Unlimited finance department to manage the planning and tracking of budget estimates and actuals
· Plan for on-going facility maintenance and make recommendations for ongoing investments and capital expenditures
· Maintain relationships and contracts with local vendors
· Manage staff (listed below) in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters: Purchasing Coordinator
· Liaise with CP Unlimited payroll department to ensure accurate execution of payroll and resolution of issues
· Work across teams to develop dashboards and trackers to measure operational efficiency
· Monitor overtime & send weekly reports to department heads
· Manage and reconcile ledgers for persons supported:
§ Personal allowance
§ Clothing
§ Cash
· Manage and reconcile ledgers for residences
· Supervise ordering and purchase requests
· Monitor budget
· Evaluate contracts and subcontracts
· Budget P&L for existing and new programming
· Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures
· Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
· Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
· Develop and implement budgets and cost-control measures
· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendors and suppliers
· Other duties as assigned
C. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, and project management preferred, non-profit experience-a plus
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Excellent organizational and analytical skills
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask simultaneously
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
