As the Director of Caregiver Wellbeing, you will play a part to ensure our caregivers achieve their health and wellness goals in alignment with our Caregiver Office purpose pillar of achieving fulfillment. You will oversee the development, implementation, and operationalization of well-being programs, including leading a team of Well Being Program Managers and Program Managers managing fitness centers across Cleveland Clinic's enterprise. You will also work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure the success of well-being initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate for this role will possess both a passion for well-being and strong operational experience in program and project management. We are looking for a leader who has demonstrated success in driving new initiatives from concept to execution, managing projects from start to finish, and leading small to medium-sized teams. Strong influencing skills, a results-driven mindset, the ability to perform root cause analysis, and the capability to activate change across large organizations are critical to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Program Strategy & Development:** Lead the planning, development, and execution of well-being programs that support caregiver health and wellness. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align programs with Cleveland Clinic's goals and address site-specific needs.
+ **Operational Leadership:** Take charge of the operational aspects of caregiver well-being programs, ensuring that programs are efficiently managed and delivered across the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Demonstrate a hands-on approach in driving program outcomes and improving operational processes.
+ **Project Management:** Oversee the entire lifecycle of well-being initiatives, from ideation and planning through to execution, measurement, and iteration. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Act as a key point of contact for all program-related issues.
+ **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of Well Being Program Managers and fitness center staff. Provide guidance and foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with a variety teams across the organization, including IT, Nursing, Institutes, EHP, and others, to ensure well-being programs are integrated seamlessly across Cleveland Clinic sites and operations.
+ **Stakeholder Influence:** Influence and engage senior leadership, department heads, and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of well-being programs. Advocate for caregiver well-being through compelling communication and a clear understanding of organizational needs.
+ **Root Cause Analysis & Improvement:** Lead the identification of challenges or gaps in current programs and develop solutions through root cause analysis. Ensure continuous program enhancement and effectiveness.
+ **Program Expansion:** Plan and develop strategies for expanding well-being programs across Cleveland Clinic locations, navigating institutional processes to secure resources and support.
**Ideal Candidate:**
+ Passion for caregiver well-being with experience in managing large-scale wellness programs.
+ Strong operational experience, particularly in driving new programs from concept to execution.
+ Proven track record of managing and leading small to medium-sized teams.
+ Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex initiatives across various functions.
+ Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for well-being initiatives.
+ Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
+ Experience working in cross-functional environments, navigating organizational structures to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $44.53
Maximum hourly: $67.92

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
