Director of Client & Revenue Retention
Expedient is hiring a successful sales strategy professional who will spearhead efforts to enhance client retention and secure future revenue streams.  As Director of Client & Revenue Retention, you will apply your own experience from successfully implementing client retention and revenue retention strategies. You will collaborate with other teams to develop comprehensive retention plans that align with Expedient short-term and long-term goals. What You Will Do: + Develop and implement a Client Retention playbook incorporating standardized practices across departments. + Engage with the sales organization in meaningful retention activities. + Develop analytical reports detailing client contract dates and service history. + Utilize predictive analytics to identify contractual risks and flag potential client churn based on usage patterns and engage relevant stakeholders to address core issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to intervene quickly on accounts identified as at-risk + Enhance communication strategies to increase awareness of strategic renewals and align renewal efforts across teams. + Implement regional feedback mechanisms and assign executives to key accounts for strategic engagement. + Develop incentive structures, based on client segmentation, including revenue retention bonuses and motivational mechanisms for sales team + Improve and refine the client onboarding process and collect post-delivery feedback + Mandate regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to reinforce the value delivered to clients. + Develop and promote loyalty initiatives, discounts, and referral programs to foster client loyalty. + Identify opportunities for service expansion and optimize client utilization. + Leverage partner ecosystems and executive involvement in key client interactions to solidify client retention. The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. True compensation will be based on a number of variables including your own experience and skills and what you bring to the role.
