Be apart of something great! **Position Highlights** The Director of Clinical Operations will lead the daily operations of North Central Heart Clinic, a Division of Avera Heart Hospital. This role will oversee nursing, echo services, stress testing, scheduling, and other support functions to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with the clinic’s goals. The Director of Clinical Operations will work collaboratively with physicians, department leads, and hospital partners to drive operational excellence and enhance patient experience. **Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field. • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, cardiology or specialty clinic preferred. • Experience with clinical leadership in nursing, diagnostic services, and patient flow management responsibilities. • Strong understanding of cardiology services, including nursing, echo, nuclear stress testing, and scheduling processes preferred. • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, staff, and hospital partners. • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
