The Director of Clinical Operations Communications and Engagement is responsible for designing and executing strategies that enhance clinician engagement, streamline internal communications, and amplify the reputation of UC Health within the healthcare community and beyond. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Clinical Officer, this role is pivotal in fostering collaboration, transparency, and trust across leadership, physicians, nurses, and clinical staff. The Director will align communication initiatives with institutional goals, uniting the organization’s sites and service lines while advancing its purpose, vision, and mission. Additionally, this position will drive efforts to elevate physicians' profiles and recognition through strategic partnerships, endorsements, awards programs, and the enhancement of online physician profiles.
