Function as a proficient executive manager with a solid understanding of the private hospital environment and operations. This should be coupled with a commercial mindset and a strong understanding of the current challenges facing private healthcare. Demonstrate sound resource management skills to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of all clinical and non-clinical departments. Possess an understanding of the performance levers driving quality business outcomes and have experience in applying quality improvement processes. Demonstrate a passion for the success and development of people, coupled with expert communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Have senior management experience in the private health sector, showing success in leading organisational change and quality improvement processes. Exhibit knowledge and understanding of clinical governance and patient safety. Experience, or knowledge and expertise in operating theatre management.Essential Qualifications:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Post-graduate clinical qualifications.Desirable

Castlecrag Private Hospital, with 37 bed acute surgical/ medical facility with 3 theatres including Orthopaedic, Cosmetic, Plastic and Reconstructive, Ear Throat and Nose and Dental Surgeries. The medical ward accepts general medical and palliative care admissions. Castlecrag is a Ramsay Health Care facility and is part of the North Shore Network along with North Shore Private Hospital and Hunters Hill Private Hospital.
