This role will ensure **high availability, performance, and scalability** of cloud environments while implementing **Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices** . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and automation** with a strong focus on operational efficiency and incident response. **Key Responsibilities** **Cloud Infrastructure Management** + Oversee **cloud compute, storage, Citrix, and networking** to ensure optimal performance and uptime. + Implement **scalable and repeatable IaC frameworks** for rapid infrastructure deployment. + Manage **proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting** for infrastructure health. + Optimize **resource utilization** through **tagging, cost tracking, and auto-scaling policies** . **Operations & Incident Management** + Ensure **24/7 operational stability** with a strong **incident response and resolution system** . + Define and track **SLAs for cloud operations** , ensuring minimal downtime. + Establish **proactive issue detection** through automation and AI-driven monitoring tools. + Drive **continuous improvement** in cloud operations through **performance tuning and reliability engineering** . **Strategy & Standardization** + Standardize **IaC templates** for consistent, rapid provisioning of cloud infrastructure. + Implement best practices for **cloud security, governance, and compliance** . + Develop and maintain **automated recovery and failover strategies** for critical workloads. **Key Deliverables** + **Fully automated cloud infrastructure setup** with robust IaC frameworks. + **Real-time monitoring dashboards** for infrastructure health and performance. + **Incident reports and resolutions** aligned with predefined SLAs. **Qualifications & Skills** + **Experience:** 10+ years in **cloud infrastructure, operations, or site reliability engineering (SRE)** . + **Cloud Expertise:** Strong experience with Oracle, **Azure, or Google Cloud** . + **IaC & Automation:** Proficiency in **Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or equivalent** . + **Networking & Storage:** In-depth knowledge of **cloud networking, load balancing, and storage management** . + **Incident Management:** Experience implementing **high-availability, DR, and incident response systems** . + **Leadership & Collaboration:** Proven ability to **lead teams and work across IT and business units** . **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. **Additional Preferences** No additional preferences. \#ascensiontechnologies #LI-remote **Why Join Our Team** When you join Ascension, you join a team of over 134,000 individuals across the country committed to a Mission of serving others and providing compassionate, personalized care to all.
