Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in communications or similar field; a minimum of seven years of work experience in organizational communication; superior communication, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills; outstanding creative and technical skills; experience in all aspects of multimedia and web communications; knowledge of current communications practices; self-directed individual used to operating with minimal supervision; and experience managing and directing a team or project. PREFERRED: Experience working in a higher education setting; experience supervising small teams in fast-paced environment; and advanced degree in related field (English, journalism, etc.) and knowledge of architecture, planning, design, or the arts.
