Job DescriptionWynn Resorts is in search of a brilliant Leader that has intense knowledge in construction finance along with providing guidance to the team by reviewing and auditing WDD’s financial records. We are seeking someone who has superior financial statement skills – able to prepare and analyze budgets. Ability to maintain a high-level of strategic thinking – very capable of defining problems and draw valid conclusions. Capable of analyzing and presenting complex information clearly and communicating quickly through various methods.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Identifies key drivers of successResponsible for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reportsMonitors all activities of the department to ensure that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and controls property wide are enforcedCreates and administers departmental operating budget and financial controls. Responsible for financial planning, forecast, labor, and payroll for areas of responsibilityEnsures departments deliver and maintains a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction.Oversees all hiring, performance management, and employee engagement within the department. Provides training opportunities, constructive and positive feedback to team members within their area of responsibility Creates a motivating environmentKeeps informed of all new developments within the department and makes recommendations designed to maximize department and company success.Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlinesMust have the ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members, guests, and other third partiesCreate an enthusiastic, energetic service-oriented culture and provide leadership in developing employee engagement strategies, leadership engagement, and employee communication plans and activitiesQualificationsA master’s in accounting or in a similar discipline is requiredMust have a minimum of (10) ten years of general accounting experience, preferably ten (10) years of experience in construction accountingKey Competencies for this role are as follows:
