Director of Crisis Services
Currently seeking a full-time **Director of Crisis Services** to join a **highly reputable** **behavioral health organization** in the **Yuma, Tucson and Casa Grande area** . You will be presented with amazing career growth opportunities, a family-oriented team, and a safe work environment. **Responsibilities:** The Director of Crisis Services oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned facility-based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. The Director of Crisis Services - Maricopa manages and mentors the Program Managers and Operation Administrators to ensure that clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes. **Shift:** Typically, Mon – Fri, 9 – 5, some on call required (about 1 week/month) – this is a crisis location so some flexibility may be required even when not on call.
