We are currently seeking a Director of Culinary Services who is passionate about making a difference for our North Shore Community!

Qualifications: 

High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required Food Safety Certification (SERVSafe or equivalent) A.A. degree in culinary arts preferred Two years of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance  Must demonstrate passion and ability to work with people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related diseases Five years of food and hospitality management experience (may include Restaurants, Country Clubs, etc.) You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needs

What you'll be doing: 

Responsible for overall operation of the culinary department of the community Experience at independent and assisted living communities preferred

Anticipated pay range$75,000—$80,000 USD
