**Description:** Ensure the success of the daily front of the house and spa & wellness operation by supervising and implementing necessary operational processes and measures to achieve total customer satisfaction. Offer the highest quality of services following guest journey with crafted experiences and act as the Resort “guardian” of the Alila Culture Ethos and brand philosophy. Work closely with key leaders from his/ her direct report departments: Guest Services, Front Office, PBX, Concierge, Housekeeping & Laundry, Resort Hosts (butlers) Spa & Fitness Center, cultural and recreation activities.
