Director of Delivery for Document Management - Remote

This senior leadership role involves overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of InEight Document, document management solution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. The Director will also be responsible for managing teams across multiple time zones, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of quality and service excellence. Reports to: Vice president Global Project Delivery Position is remote – United States **Key Responsibilities:** + **Oversee Document Management Implementations:** Oversee implementations of the InEight Document management solution tailored to the construction industry, ensuring alignment with business processes and customer needs. + **Delivery:** Manage and support the delivery of InEight Document, InEight’s document management software, ensuring all aspects of the project lifecycle are completed on time, on budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction. + **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance across different time zones to ensure collaboration, productivity, and quality. + **Business Process Expertise:** Utilize in-depth knowledge of construction industry project document control processes to advise clients and team members on best practices and improvements that can be made with document management software solutions. + **Achieve Department Goals:** Support and achieve department initiatives, contributing to broader organizational goals, driving strategic objectives, and promoting operational efficiency. + **Internal Stakeholder Communication and Coordination:** Work across internal teams, ensuring clear communication regarding project delivery goals, customer timelines, deliverables, and support. + **Continuous Improvement:** Champion the continuous improvement of services, ensuring best practices are followed, and evolving the service delivery model in line with customer needs and industry trends. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with document management software solutions such as InEight Document, Teambinder, or similar such as Aconex. + **Industry Expertise:** Strong understanding of document management and control processes within the construction industry. + **Leadership & Management:** Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including those operating in different time zones. + **Customer-Focused:** A deep commitment to customer success, with experience managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. + **Consulting & Software Implementation:** Consulting experience in software implementation, offering strategic guidance to customers on how to maximize their use of document management solutions. + **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and manage expectations across different stakeholders. **Desirable Skills:** + Direct experience with InEight Document. + Kiewit document management experience. + Experience with agile project management methodologies. + Strong understanding of construction project workflows and document control best practices. + Ability to manage and resolve complex customer issues to ensure project success.
