Robert Half has a new opening for a DIrector of Digital Marketing with a local client here in the Tampa Bay, FL area.
This is a full-time position, preferably a HYBRID schedule - but the client IS open to this person being REMOTE depending on their industry experience.
Compensation ranging $90-120K+ depending on years of experience and industry experience.

Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives and enhance our online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, growth, and client satisfaction. Your expertise will guide our marketing efforts as we continue to expand our reach in the psychic community.
*MUST be a Digital Marketer in a “SERVICE RELATED” product on a B2C level. So STRONG emphasis will be on the type of services this person has provided digital marketing for.*
Top Skills Needed:
+ 10+ years experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus in B2C environments
+ SEO & Google Analytics
+ Social Media Marketing/Social Media Advertising (Google, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, Pinterest etc.)
+ Email Marketing, SMS (text) marketing, Blogging
+ Will be mostly digital marketing but they will also have print ad responsibilities like direct mail type campaigns
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2C environments.
+ 7+ years of HANDS-ON (in-platform) Paid Social experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok for Business, etc.
+ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and building a team.
+ Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns as well as managing programmatic campaigns, with hands-on experience using DSPs and running paid social campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement.
+ Analytical mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
+ Strong expertise with social media measurement tools and platforms; timely knowledge of trends and hot topics
+ Bonus if you have previously worked in the psychic industry or have a deep understanding or passion of the metaphysical or spiritual.
*MUST be eligible for full-time hours on W2 - no c2c*
