Minimum Qualifications

As the Director of Digital Mortgage Operations, Digital Product Management you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You will be responsible for setting product vision and leading a team to achieve that vision. Other responsibilities include close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, research and sales, in order to deliver innovative and high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of fintech market trends, consumer behavior and technology.

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is one hundred thirteen thousand dollars to two hundred thirty-six thousand five hundred dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
