The person in this role will be included in strategic planning, high-level decision making, process improvement, and increasing the value of the displays and exhibits division as well as the agency as a whole. **The Director of D&E will:** + New business: Assess and respond to prospective opportunities from a service mindset. + Develop project scopes of work, timelines, and budgets. + Develop client relationships and oversee projects from initial contact through delivery and installation. + Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement the tactical activities required to achieve annual company goals.Build and develop an effective and engaged team focused on quality and service. **Qualifications** + Proven experience in managing successful client relationships + Advanced knowledge of the design and fabrication of displays, exhibits, and corporate environments + Ability to clearly communicate specific client needs and objectives to the internal team + Strong working knowledge of graphic design and the creative and fabrication processes + Strong knowledge of branding and marketing principles + Excellent creative problem solving and presentation skills **To Apply** Interested candidates should send their cover letter, résumé, and applicable samples to hr@shootforthemoon.com .
