Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We’re seeking a visionary Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to lead our efforts in creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of enterprise-wide DEI strategies, oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, manage programs like supplier diversity, and leverage data to measure and communicate impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with expertise in building inclusive cultures, consulting with business leaders, and driving measurable outcomes that align with our organizational values and goals.

This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence two days per week at our New York City or Los Angeles office.How you’ll make an impact:You will manage our external partners to ensure they continue to align to our strategy, and execute against our defined goals for the partnerships. Identify new opportunities for collaboration that drive impact across geographies and reflect the diverse needs of Match Group’s global workforce. You will act as a trusted DEI advisor and subject matter expert, embedding  the key pillars of the global DEI strategy into relevant initiatives that attract, retain, and develop world-class diverse talent. Partner with business leaders to integrate DEI into policies, decision-making, workforce planning, and organizational practices that foster an inclusive and sustainable culture.You will manage the quarterly inclusion council meetings, in collaboration with the team. Track progress against council initiatives and ensure alignment with Match Group’s DEI strategy. You will support global ERGs by providing guidance on their strategies, operations and annual priorities. Coach ERG leaders to develop their leadership capabilities and ensure their initiatives align with Match Group’s DEI and business objectives. You will collaborate with the Talent & Learning Management team to design, plan, and implement  programming, training, workshops and meetings that integrate DEI principles. Ensure content is tailored to the diverse needs of Match Group’s global workforce and addresses regional and cultural considerations.You will develop and oversee a supplier diversity program, ensuring underrepresented groups are included in the procurement process. Partner with procurement teams to set and monitor goals for supplier diversity impact.You will develop and manage a quarterly DE&I dashboard and report on key metrics, including ERG impact. Analyze data to identify trends, benchmark against industry standards, and develop actionable insights to drive progress. Manage annual inclusion surveys and subsequent efforts to drive action on opportunity areas.You will support both internal and external communications on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness topics. Partner with Employer Branding teams to develop external-facing employer branding content that reinforces Match Group’s employee value proposition.We could be a match if:You have 8+ years of experience leading DEI initiatives, organizational development, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes.You have experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs.You are a strong strategic thinker and have the ability to align DEI initiatives with business goals.You have exceptional communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.You have proficiency in data analysis to assess trends, measure impact, and inform DEI strategies.You have knowledge of supplier diversity programs and their implementation.You have strong project and program management skills, with the ability to execute initiatives on time and within budget.You have the proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners to drive change.You have familiarity with navigating cultural nuances in global organizations and tailoring DEI strategies for different regions.You have a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion that values diverse perspectives and experiences.You have experience in change management and organizational transformation.You have familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices related to DEI in the workplace.What's the team like?The DEI team at Match Group operates at the center of the organization's mission, with significant exposure to leadership and key stakeholders across the company. The team is small but powerful, driving meaningful and transformative change throughout the organization, proving that impactful progress comes from dedication and strategic focus. This role reports directly to the CHRO. $170,000 - $200,000 a yearFactors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles or NY. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.LI-MG
