Director of Ecommerce Sales (44375-6)
Employment Requirements:

SUMMARY: The incumbent will direct and oversee Ecommerce sales strategies, objectives, and initiatives and develop budgets, policies, and procedures to support the sales achievement.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies
• Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
• Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity
• Recommend product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
• Develop and oversee the effective planning, quality and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
• Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
• Act as a liaison and primary point of contact for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test eCommerce initiatives
• Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated
• Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication
• Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent years of experience; and,
• Five (5) years of managerial experience; and,
• Seven (7) or more years’ experience in sales management; and,
• Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce
