· Strong knowledge of hotel facility management, building systems, and preventive maintenance.
· Familiarity with local safety regulations, environmental policies, and compliance standards.
· Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
· Ability to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team.
· Proven experience in capital project planning, renovation, and asset management.
· Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive operational efficiency.
· Expertise in energy management, cost control, and sustainability initiatives.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
