**Description:** Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a creative, resourceful and hardworking professional who enjoys leading, motivating, and driving the facility management of the largest conference and convention hotel and residences in Kuwait. The Director of Engineering is responsible to ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering Department in support of all operating verticals, while guaranteeing the optimal maintenance of the equipment, building and hotel grounds. This position requires superior technical skills, a hands-on leadership style with strong people management, communications and organizational skills. **Qualifications:** We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel and display strong traits in the following areas: + A proven track record in luxury operations with a very strong technical background.
