**Description:** You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition. **Qualifications:** Your focus is to deliver an unmatched product and create a welcoming and thoughtful service environment for our colleagues and guests. You will effectively manage hotel projects ensure that the building, machines and equipment are properly maintained. You will coach and develop a fully engaged and inspired Engineering team. As part of the pre-opening team, you will hit the ground running by following up on handover tasks and ensure that the property is in optimum condition.
