About the team

Join our Identity and Access Management leadership team to help design and build our program from the ground up.

Our Team’s vision is to be a benchmark global IAM program that enables the future of digital commerce.  The mission is to provide secure, simple identity and access management services that protect and enable Worldpay assets and services while fuelling innovation and new capabilities to market.

What you’ll own

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop and execute the strategic vision for IAM and Cloud based solutions, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of client-facing and workforce IAM solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, performance, and usability.Develop modern solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased patterns to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision.Ensure all IAM solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards, managing risks effectively and proactively.Participate in the evaluation and selection of IAM and cloud-based technologies and the creation of our 3-year roadmap. Up to 25% travel may be required.

While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America and the UK, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. 

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a focus on IAM and cloud-based solutions.At least 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management and cloud-based solutions. A successful candidate has experience providing engineering delivery with the following solution technologies: Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, AWS and Azure cloud, Terraform / Cloud formation for code as infrastructure, AWS and Azure security, Privileged Access Management toolsExperience with CI/CD delivery practices and integrations with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure.Must possess advanced technology troubleshooting skills for products of chosen expertise and for complex integrated solutions Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones Ability to solve complex problems while effectively communicating technical concepts
