Results-driven and strategic Marketing Director to lead and execute our commercial marketing initiatives and operations across the North America enterprise. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial marketing, marketing operations, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets, including the management of enterprise commercial marketing plan
• Create and execute the marketing plan of our annual flagship event, Dentsply Sirona World, delivering against attendance targets and other business objectives
• Align marketing initiatives with overall commercial and business goals by leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning
• Create customer value and engagement through loyalty programs and other customer incentives leveraging the breadth of our solutions
2. Campaign Development and Execution
• Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, ecommerce, education programs, tradeshows/events, and traditional marketing efforts
• Drive go-to-market strategies and communication tactics across the enterprise enhancing our reach for connected workflows, new products, services, and solutions
• In collaboration with internal stakeholders, develop and oversee the dentsplysirona.com ecommerce and digital strategy to deliver against strategic imperatives
• Develop deep understanding of the customer buying journey and execute relevant marketing touchpoints to advance the customer throughout the funnel
• Drive continued enhancement of sales enablement tools (e.g. Showpad) by collaborating with sales teams and distribution partners to develop new tools, resources, and programs that drive lead generation and conversion
3. Team Leadership and Development
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team
4. Processes, Policies and Analytics
• Develop a center of excellence for enterprise marketing processes and policies to drive efficient execution and improved outcomes
• Monitor customer experience and implement programs to harmonize customer policies as appropriate across the enterprise to ensure satisfaction
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform future strategies and optimize campaign performance
6. Partnerships and Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including brand marketing, global business units, sales, and ecommerce/digital teams, to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities
• Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within a commercial or B2B environment
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and analytics tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
