Job Summary:
The Director of Enterprise Programs will oversee the Process Improvement and Project Management service lines, focusing on managing a team of predominantly 1099 resources, with some W2 resources, to execute client contracts. This role emphasizes operational leadership (75%) and strategic business development support (25%).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bench of 1099 talent, ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements, and serving as the primary interface with executive sponsors for these efforts. This includes overseeing initiatives such as ERP implementation with a focus on organizational change management (OCM), CMMI and ISO gap analysis and implementations, process documentation, Lean Six Sigma transformations, and other PMO and quality framework support projects.

Responsibilities:
Operations & Execution:
+ Manage and oversee a team of predominantly 1099 resources (and some W2 resources) to deliver Process Improvement and Project Management services.
+ Ensure alignment of resources to project needs and effective execution of client contracts.
+ Oversee resources and ensure project success for process improvement client projects, including:
+ Gap analysis and implementation support for frameworks such as ISO and CMMI.
+ Process documentation, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and broader process transformation efforts.
+ Oversee resources and ensure project success for ERP implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on OCM.
+ Oversee resources and ensure project success for general PMO efforts, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
+ Develop and manage budgets for enterprise operations, ensuring the alignment of financial resources with strategic goals.
+ Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements in profitability and cost efficiency.
Talent Management:
+ Build and manage a high-performing bench of 1099 resources, ensuring readiness to execute contracts.
+ Foster collaboration and accountability among team members to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Client Engagement:
+ Serve as the primary operational point of contact for executive sponsors on all client engagements.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives, ensuring successful delivery and high satisfaction.
+ Provide limited direct customer-facing support as needed.
Business Development Support:
+ Partner with the BD team to engage in technical discussions with prospective clients.
+ Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
+ Support the development of bids and proposals, leveraging operational insights to craft compelling solutions.
+ Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and with key stakeholders, strengthening the company’s brand and reputation.
Process and Compliance:
+ Oversee internal process development, documentation and updates including regular reviews of document repository and rollout of new SOPs and templates as needed.
+ Drive adherence to quality standards across the service lines.
+ Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management, with a focus on ERP implementation and OCM.
+ Proven experience managing contract resources (1099) and some W2 staff.
+ PMP certification highly preferred not required.
+ Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
+ Familiarity with ISO and CMMI frameworks preferred.
+ Strong communication and conflict management skills.
+ Experience supporting business development activities, including proposal writing and customer discussions.
+ Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
