This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently. Job Summary: Panelmatic is seeking an experienced Director of ERP. The Director of ERP will be responsible for leading all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives across Panelmatic. This role will oversee ERP strategy, implementation, optimization, and maintenance to ensure the system effectively supports business operations, enhances efficiency, and drives growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment and possess the leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration. Job Duties: · Develop and implement an ERP strategy aligned with Panelmatic’s business objectives. · Lead the deployment and integration of ERP ensuring seamless functionality across departments. · Oversee system customization, configuration, and enhancements to meet the unique needs of the organization. · Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, purchasing, project management, engineering, and IT to identify and address system requirements. · Optimize ERP data reporting to ensure real time metrics and/or key performance indicators are provided for each department and position. · Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system. · Develop and deliver training instructions and programs to enhance user adoption and system proficiency. · Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements related to ERP software and services. · Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements. · Stay current with ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency. · Lead a team of internal or outsourced ERP specialists, analysts, and technical support staff as needed. · Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
