Job Summary:
Panelmatic is seeking an experienced Director of ERP. The Director of ERP will be responsible for leading all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives across Panelmatic. This role will oversee ERP strategy, implementation, optimization, and maintenance to ensure the system effectively supports business operations, enhances efficiency, and drives growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment and possess the leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Job Duties:
· Develop and implement an ERP strategy aligned with Panelmatic’s business objectives.
· Lead the deployment and integration of ERP ensuring seamless functionality across departments.
· Oversee system customization, configuration, and enhancements to meet the unique needs of the organization.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, purchasing, project management, engineering, and IT to identify and address system requirements.
· Optimize ERP data reporting to ensure real time metrics and/or key performance indicators are provided for each department and position.
· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
· Develop and deliver training instructions and programs to enhance user adoption and system proficiency.
· Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements related to ERP software and services.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
· Stay current with ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
· Lead a team of internal or outsourced ERP specialists, analysts, and technical support staff as needed.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field OR Infor CSI Certification
· Seven plus years with Infor CSI ERP implementation, optimization, and automation in a manufacturing environment
· Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
· Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check
· Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 25lbs or more
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time

Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA or advanced degree in relevant fields
