Including, but not limited to, activities pertaining to code compliance, project manpower determinations, budgeting, capital planning, and general operations of a healthcare facility. Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline and 6 years experience of facility-wide maintenance with commercial, industrial or hospital buildings. or an associate’s degree in an Engineering Discipline and 8 years' experience of facility-wide maintenance with commercial, industrial or hospital buildings. Your responsibilities include: • Annual capital and operating budgets for immediate departments of responsibility along with all necessary service contracts for those departments.• Coordinates work under the direction of the VP of Facilities and/or hospital administrator to complete annual four-hour emergency power test.• Oversees with Facility Manager proper staff training to maintain/renew licenses and certifications. Ensures all certifications are kept current for compliance and permit processing.• Facilitates integration of outside Munson Healthcare properties to Munson Plant Engineering systems by providing information and support to liaisons.• Oversees the organization of information and services for select off site Munson owned properties.• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agency standards and rules while ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and at or exceeding the established quality standards.
