Director of Field Operations

The Director of Field Operations will play a pivotal role in assisting our company with operational decisions related to how franchisees service clients. This includes monitoring franchisee and Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) activities to ensure compliance with company policies, attending company meetings, and training new and existing FSMs in their daily roles. You will also be responsible for providing operational support to FSMs and franchisees to ensure seamless service delivery.
To excel as the Director of Field Operations, you should be detail-oriented, capable of building relationships both in-person and remotely, and skilled in multitasking. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential to drive operational excellence.
Essential Functions:
+ Collaborate with leadership to make informed decisions on operational activities and set strategic goals.
+ Plan and oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient progress.
+ Support staff across various departments, providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
+ Regularly assess business procedures to ensure they align with organizational objectives, applying improvements as necessary.
+ Manage the training processes for FSMs, Directors of Operations (DOOs), and Night Managers, coordinating resources and materials effectively.
+ Oversee and enhance customer support processes to improve client satisfaction.
+ Review and analyze operational metrics to set strategic goals focused on client retention and service delivery.
+ Revise and implement policies, ensuring their effective execution.
+ Evaluate overall business performance through data gathering, analysis, and interpretation of key metrics.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in field management within the facilities industry.
+ Proven experience in a Director of Field Operations or equivalent leadership position.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
+ Willingness and ability to travel as required.
+ Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
+ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
