A Director of Finance - CoE will lead the Finance department and associated operations such that account management, reporting, and interdepartmental and vendor relations are managed to optimise the hotels profitability.

What will I be doing?

\n

The CoE Director of Finance is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Finance team. This includes leading the team, driving CoE performance and managing relationships with hotel and regional stakeholders.
The CoE currently supports 16 hotels across Türkiye, plus corporate cost centres and legal entities.

\n

Position Summary :

Leadership and management of the CoE Finance team (24 TMs)

\n\nManaging the CoE budget and re-charging\nImproving CoE processes and performance\nManaging relationships with hotels supported by the CoE\nAccounting support to corporate cost centres and legal entities\nNavision administration for Turkish legislation changes\n

Required Qualifications :

Education: BS/BA/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years of progressive overall experience, including:

\n\nFinance Centre of Excellence experience\nTeam leadership\nProject management experience\nProficiency in Turkish accounting and legislation\nProfessional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent)\nLanguages Required: Turkish, English\nProficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required\n\n

Preferred Qualifications :

\n\nKnowledge of Hilton Finance systems in Türkiye (Navision, OnQ, Birchstreet, Docuware)\n
