Description:

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include authority over Inventory Control, Accounting, Cage, Soft and Hard Count, and Warehouse. Responsibilities also include ensuring that Gaming and Non-Gaming Audits are complete and accurate, and any discrepancies are reported in accordance with GCB Regulations, Station Casinos’ Internal Control System and all departmental procedures. Responsible for all Title 31 requirements. Work closely with Audit Services, Ledger Services, and Corporate Accounting to ensure the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with GAAP. Direct and supervise the Finance Management Team in the performance of their duties. Responsible for closing the books on a monthly basis. Responsible for the scheduling of the Finance Management Team. Provide information and reports to Management in an accurate and timely fashion. Other job related duties as assigned. This position will report directly to Vice President of Corporate Accounting. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related area and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Controller, preferably in a gaming environment. Prior supervisory experience. Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills. Strong organizational skills. Detailed oriented, innovative, flexible, thorough task oriented, can work independently with minimal direction. Must be able to obtain gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Flexible working hours and schedule required.
