Director Of Financial Planning & Analysis
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN: Private Equity, Services/Marketing industry Job Description The Director will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for driving all strategic planning, financial planning, business modeling, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and business finance within a multi-organization structure, and will embody the values and mission of our company. Responsibilities + Compile information from various organizations to build a comprehensive view of business performance on both revenue and cost bases. + Lead combined teams to provide deep insights, metrics, and KPIs to enable informed business decisions. + Drive all strategic planning, financial planning, business modeling, forecasting, and management reporting activities in partnership with the CFO. + Serve as a key member of the team, contributing to strategic initiatives and business growth. Essential Skills + In-depth experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). + Experience in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. + Proficiency in finance management and risk management. + Experience with budgeting forecasting and planning software. + Familiarity with private equity and digital marketing. + Strong analytical and reporting skills. + Experience with NetSuite is a plus. Qualifications + Experience in a multi-organization structure. + Ability to work with AI/automated systems. + Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
