DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport is seeking a dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to join their team. Overlooking San Francisco Bay, our hotel is two miles from San Francisco International Airport. With 3 culinary and beverage offerings along with over 12,000 square feet of event space, this beautiful property is the perfect location to grow your career with Hilton.
\nIn this role, the Director of Food & Beverage will report directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication, a talent for developing others and a passion for driving innovation and improving service standards. At least 2-3 years of Director level experience with a strong banquet and restaurant background is required.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nDirects and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.\nPlans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.\nEnsures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.\nHelps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.\nInterviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.\nWhat are we looking for?

Salary range is $113,000 to $120,000 dependent upon experience level and location.
