Job DescriptionLead and direct the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Department ensuring all service standards are followedDrive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for Hotel, members and external guestsLead and support all Food & Beverage departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targetsPrepare annual budgets and administer in a fiscally responsible mannerImplement effective control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the F&B DepartmentAssist in the preparation of the annual strategic plan and achieve the goals and targets thereinEnsure the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profitsOversee the selection, training and development of all team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growth

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role, preferably in luxury hotel or resort environment.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
