Lead the management and coordination of all food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and service standards are met.Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the restaurants, bar, event operations and in-room dining. Maximises associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests. Analyses business performance strategically to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting, involving the respective Department Heads as appropriate. Be responsible for managing labour costs within budget across the function.Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies, in-crease revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
