This Leadership Committee role is exposed to Hyatt Corporate FB and will be engaged in the upcoming Andaz FB projects for 2025, it reports directly to the Resort Manager.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of FB, or Assistant Director of FB
Excellent operational, administrative andinterpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Renovation and project managementexperience
Luxury Resort or Beach experience
Fun, creative, vibe
