Park Hyatt Kyoto is currently seeking an experienced Director of Food Beverage who will work closely with the hotel’s Leadership team to ensure the efficient running ofthe Food Beverage department in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. Some of the responsibilities include:

Responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.Responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.Ensure that all Associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.To maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.To constantly evaluate local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations to make sure that the hotel’s own operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
