Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree required + Experience working in a collegiate athletic department + Professional communication skills to interact with the various publics + Basic Excel, Word, etc. skills Job Concepts + Directs football operations + Assists head coach in all day to day operations as they arise + Direct report of all support staff members and manage weekly meetings + Assists recruiting coordinator in all day to day recruiting needs as they arise + Liaison to Admissions, Financial Aid and Compliance + Oversees all aspects of budget, travel, and team meats + Liaison to training room, equipment and strength staffs + Liaison to facilities/maintenance + Liaison to Game Day Operations + Liaison to Southland Officials, and Pro Scout liaison + Complies with all NCAA rules and regulations as per the NCAA Compliance Manual + Assists NSU admissions office in identifying and recruiting students who are outstanding academically or in extracurricular activities other than athletics + Attends alumni functions and fund raisers as schedule permits + Participate in community activities that allow the promotion of sport, the department, and/or the University + Identify and cultivate potential donors to the athletic department and the University.
