Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for franchise candidates, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with top prospects. Analyze and present financial data to candidates, showcasing the profit and loss potential of the franchise opportunity. Communicate with urgency and clarity in all written and verbal interactions with candidates. Achieve and exceed recruitment performance metrics and goals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified franchise candidates. Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with company growth objectives.
