The Director of Game Production is a pivotal, multi-functional role within our gaming division, offering numerous unique opportunities. This individual will be deeply integrated into the gaming team, playing a crucial role in developing our mobile gaming roadmaps across various tiers. They will drive OEM and studio adoptions for leading elite gaming features, ensuring an exceptional mobile gaming experience on Snapdragon platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with multiple functional teams to define gaming requirements.Develop detailed execution plans and drive delivery progress.Timely communication with key OEMs and partners to align market demands and achieve business objectives.Conduct executive reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.10 + years of professional experience in multimedia technical product management, technical program management or development.Experience in game technologies in key tech domains, including GPU, CPU, NPU.Experience with game programming and game design.Experience with core game development and game engines.Deep Knowledge of Mobile game industry and studio engagements.Comfortable working with large, complex projects and deliverables.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong social team fit, self-motivatedDeep understanding on OEM gaming requirementsPreferred MS, or PhD degree in an engineering or computer science related fieldQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$189,600.00 - $284,400.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
