ABOUT THE ROLE\: 

We are seeking a Director of Software Sales Americas to lead our software sales organization. The Regional Sales Director at Oqton will be responsible for driving software sales across the USA and Latin America, tasked with developing and identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with partners, OEM’s and key customers in the region.

You will work with leaders across our sales organization to collaborate and to ensure our organization achieves our revenue goals, while maintaining a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, leadership and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with preferred experience in the additive manufacturing and/or general manufacturing software sales with deep understanding of complex industrial workflows.

This is a full-time position that will require frequent travel within the assigned region.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO\: 

Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Exceed revenue projections through indirect/direct sales Lead and motivate sales to maximize efficiency & business results Create and execute business plans for growing the business Identify and pursue business opportunities & initiatives in the region Deliver regional forecasts, reports and analytics on reginal sales results Develop the business with new partnerships, distribution channels and OEM’s Build and maintain relationships with partners and OEM’s in the region 35-50% travel *
