The Director will facilitate the development, approval and implementation of new academic programs and modifications to existing ones. Opportunities to Contribute + Projection of long-term enrollment trends + Oversee the budget for the MLS, LLM and Certificate programs + Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency + Actively seek funding opportunities + Manage applications to graduate programs for adjunct faculty, lecturers and course managers + Ensure programs comply with University, State and Federal regulations Qualifications Required Education and Experience + Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience + Ten years of related work experience involving organizational data analytics Preferred Qualifications + Holds a JD, Legal Masters, MBA or equivalent + Experience coordinating legal masters, MBA, or Executive education programs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others + Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure understanding + Strong organizational skills + Experience with project management + Data analytics What you need to know: Salary : $100.000-110,000  Cover Letter/Resume : A cover letter and resume will assist us in our review of your application materials.
