Director of Growth Audience Marketing

The Director of Growth Audience Marketing is responsible for framing strategic foundation and positioning to guide the opportunities that exist with these audiences with each Stellantis brand.  This role leads, coordinates, develops and presents Growth Audience marketing campaigns and plans for Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Alfa, Dodge and Chrysler Brand Teams and Senior Leadership. This role requires a broad understanding of cross-channel marketing trends, insights and tactics including TV, print, digital, social, mobile, CRM, and experiential media.  Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end, 360-degree marketing campaigns that are innovative and breakthrough is vital.

 

The qualified candidate will apply an understanding of each brand to achieve long-term vision and success, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulate thoughts, ideas, and strategic rationale, and will interact with top management on both the brand and advertising teams. 

The candidate will also have responsibility to manage, mentor and develop support team member(s). Strong knowledge and experience in the area of print production, video production, TV production, time-action planning, presentation development and delivery, and collaborative brainstorming are required.
 
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working directly with Stellantis Growth Audience agencies on customized marketing strategies to address key demographics (Hispanic, African-American, Asian) Developing and presenting Marketing strategies targeted to these audiences in internal and external meetings Analyzing and measuring the impact and sales potential that Growth Audiences bring to Stellantis' business Working with and managing creative, data and insights from agency partners; including communications, business scope, creative briefs, planning goals, success measures, calendar of deliverables and project timing Guiding and supporting the team in development of annual plans Analyzing Growth Audience Media plans for Stellantis brands and competitors (Tier 1 & Tier 2) to ensure effective allocation of resources to drive business impact. Managing Growth Audience digital, social media and branded content strategies for Stellantis brands and competitors Strategically supporting Stellantis Business Centers on Growth Audience strategies

 Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree 12 + years of experience in senior level brand marketing, advertising or related marketing positions Experience or ability to implement Growth Audience marketing and advertising programs and strategies Competence and confidence to lead a team of advertising agency account, strategic planning, production and creative personnel in the development of 360-degree marketing campaigns Ability to listen and to understand fully the needs of various internal constituents and in turn develop thoughtful solutions and effectively communicate and collaborate with operational stakeholders and brand partners Exceptional team player with credibility and integrity to quickly earn peer, senior management and cross-functional team confidence Presentation development and delivery skills Proficiency to multi-task and find solutions Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish tasks under minimal supervision Clear enthusiasm to develop industry leading advertising/communications campaigns EOE / Disability / Veteran
